Teresa Olson

Teresa Olson’s passion for ceramic arts began in the early 1980s. She received a bachelor’s of arts degree with an emphasis in fine arts from Alabama State University (ASU) in 2008, and her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries throughout Alabama. Teresa studied with master potter Petra Goldman in Germany, and she also worked under Alabama folk potter Jane Brown before earning her degree. In addition, she studied with Christopher Greenman, Ph.D., at ASU and Scott Meyer, Ph.D., at the University of Montevallo. Teresa currently teaches pottery at Studio101 in Prattville, Ala.
