AWT World Trade Acquires Saturn Rack Co.

A.W.T. World Trade Group has acquired The Saturn Rack Co., formerly Atlas Rack. The acquisition reportedly creates one of the world’s largest and most diversified providers of industrial racks and drying applications in the storage and drying rack industry. The acquisition of the 40-year-old company combines the two companies’ storage rack products

“A.W.T.’s enhanced product line is another example of our continuing response to customer needs and meeting our goal of being a single source for drying and storage rack application buyers,” said Michael Green, president of A.W.T. World Trade Group. “A.W.T. offers 40 years of engineering experience with a complete line of graphic and textile screen printers, associated equipment, replacement parts, supplies and even training.”
