Snyder Brick & Tile Announces Auction

Snyder Brick & Tile recently announced it will auction its assets at 11 a.m. on June 19. Assets include a 63,950-sq-ft industrial warehouse manufacturing property on 9.188 acres, equipment, and surplus tile inventory. Assets will be sold during a live and limited online auction by Maas Companies Inc., an auction company specializing in selling real estate, industrial plants, equipment, and special assets. The auction will be held on-site at 3097 Brick Plant Rd., Snyder, Texas.

Real estate will be auctioned first, followed by the equipment selling by lots. Equipment includes materials and brick handling equipment, raw materials, automatic brick cutters, kiln transfer carts, install-ready bricks, office equipment, support equipment, and scrap metal.
