Evans Analytical Group Acquires Scanning Electron Analysis Laboratories

Evans Analytical Group Inc. (EAG) recently announced that it has acquired Scanning Electron Analysis Laboratories Inc. (dba SEAL Laboratories). SEAL will reportedly operate as a business unit within the EAG Materials Characterization (MC) division.

“Both SEAL and EAG value customer relationships first and foremost,” said Harry Davoody, CEO of EAG. “The acquisition of SEAL is very compelling to EAG and fits into the growth strategy of EAG’s MC division, to be able to offer metallurgical and expanded failure analysis offerings to both new and existing customers. SEAL further enhances EAG’s leadership as the best-in-class subject matter expert in materials characterization, which is highly valued by our customers. SEAL is a strategic acquisition for EAG to strengthen our position, and to increase the suite of offerings from our MC division.”
