Custom Milling & Consulting, Inc. recently announced the addition of Disperse Tech, Inc. and Major Equipment Co. as regional sales representatives. Before starting Disperse Tech, Steve Schmidt began his career as a sales representative and moved up to management at E.W. Kaufman Co. Schmidt’s background includes a B.A. in chemical engineering from Villanova University and years of experience in selling blending and mixing equipment. His territories will include several states located in the Northeast region.

Jim Heidemann brings with him 34 years of experience in mechanical engineering, sales and processing. He began his career with Dow Chemical and moved on to GE Aircraft, beginning in manufacturing and advancing onto engine sales. Heidemann followed that experience with several years at Cincinnati Inc. before moving on to Major Equipment, where he has gained extensive knowledge in dispersion and processing equipment. Heidemann studied mechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati and received his MBA from Xavier University. The territories he will be representing are select areas around his home state of Ohio.
