Nilcra™ PSZ is an advanced ceramic material for a variety of industrial environments, including materials handling, oil and gas, chemical, metal forming, and pulp and paper.

Morgan Technical Ceramics (MTC) now offers magnesia partially stabilized zirconia, Nilcra™ PSZ, an advanced ceramic material for a variety of industrial environments, including materials handling, oil and gas, chemical, metal forming, and pulp and paper. Components made from the material can outlast similar parts made from more traditional materials by 3-10 times, and feature high mechanical strength and fracture toughness combined with excellent wear, abrasion, corrosion, and thermal shock resistance.

Nilcra PSZ is available in two grades: Nilcra MS for the majority of applications where maximum strength is required, and Nilcra TS for environments where higher thermal shock resistance is necessary.
